Learning continuously - This requires humility. You must have the humility to know that you don’t know everything and you cannot be afraid to find out. When you talk with people, if you are humble enough to learn, there is always something to learn.
To learn continuously, one must be humble. Before, I did not realize that one would need humility but only curiosity to learn continuously. Prior to the research project, when we learned about titrations, I thought that I had known all about titrations and that they were easy to undertand. I felt like finding out the concentration of an unknown acid was easy and that it was all titrations were about. I never knew about titraton curves and didn't know that the curves measured the relationship between pH and the amount of and added. For the research project, we were to chose our own topic and to discover more by researching and experimenting. While deciding on which topic to research on, I thought that titration curves would be an interesting topic to discover more on. This made me realize that I was humble and eager enough to want to learn more and to learn continuously. I decided to expand my knowledge on titration by researching and doing experiments on titration curves and how the pH changes based on adding different types of acids to bases. At first I thought the project would not be much work since I knew about titrations. However, as I researched, I discovered that there was much more to titrations than I expected; it was more complicated and had more calculations like calculations to figure out the equivalence point of the titration (the point where the two solution are balanced in terms of their equation ratio). I then realized that I must not expect that know everything and learn with curiosity and humility. By learning with humility,I found that I was not too restricted in the topic. I was able to learn more and the content information were easier to understand.
